DELIVERY AND REFUND

  • PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email from us to confirm once the order has been placed. This mail will contain the order number #, product details, prices and delivery details.
In case of missing / incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact you to complete the information.

  • DELIVERY WITHIN THE STATE OF KUWAIT

Shipping cost is based on the area/governorate.
Delivery time: Delivery will take 48 hours maximum. To avoid any delay please make sure to put complete address details and contact numbers when placing your order.
Orders placed on or before 1.00 PM will be delivered on the same day.

  • REFUND POLICY

If you need to exchange an item bought online, please contact our support team at +965-66896625 or by E-mail at [hello@mubarakiyaperfumes.com]. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days or as per local law. Provided the item is in unaltered condition, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

  • RECEIVED INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

  • OUR REFUND POLICY

For cancelled or returned orders, refunds are processed using your original payment method. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

  • RETURNING AN ITEM

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. However, items are to be returned within 14 days of purchase and some items are to be returned within 72 hours or as per local law. Please note that returns are not accepted for opened products unless they are damaged in transit and are in original packaging.
